The leadership of the CUPON Hillcrest organization is done by the Steering Committee currently chaired by Micheal Miller. The Steering Committee does its work in break-out committee between meetings helped by CUPON Hillcrest volunteers. The Steering Committee is responsible for:
- Organizing Educational CUPON Hillcrest Meetings
- Fundraising
- Researching development projects
- Reporting code violations
- Tracking and reporting illegal housing
- Public communications
This can be exciting and fulfilling activity for those that want to help make their neighborhood a better place to live.
